There are a number of event spaces available at the hotel, which can be hired for Christmas parties. The largest space is the high-ceilinged Westminster Suite, which can welcome up to 200 guests and is something of a blank canvas which can be decorated to match the theme of your Christmas party. For slightly smaller celebrations, there is the Mayfair Suite, which can accommodate up to 132 seated guests and is a glamorous space featuring chic wallpaper and glittering chandeliers.
Each space can be tailored to suit the style and size of your event, complete with seasonal décor, twinkling lights, and all the festive touches to create a warm atmosphere.
The Sofitel St James offers two inclusive Christmas party packages, well suited to intimate celebrations with friends or large-scale shindigs involving the whole of the office. The Party package includes a welcome glass of Champagne, four canapes and a three-course set festive menu, as well as tea, coffee, water and half a bottle of wine per person. Alternatively, for more relaxed occasions opt for the cheery Reception package, which includes a welcome glass of Champagne, six canapes, and a three-hour beer, wine and soft drinks package. Both packages also include a Christmas tree and festive centrepieces to help set the mood.
