Welcome to the jungle (at Barbican) this Christmas

Get your ‘jungle bells’ on at Barbican  this Christmas as the venue plans to treat partygoers to a wild winter jungle experience. 

The Christmas in the Jungle party package (aptly housed in the leafy conservatory) will put a Tarzan-like twist on your celebrations. The Conservatory, Terrace and Garden Room are filled with tropical plants and the food will be served on bamboo boat trays. 

Speaking of the food – you can trust us when we say it will be amazing. Catering partner Searcys (yeah, The Gherkin one) will place its chefs in street-food stalls to cook classic dishes with a tropical twist. There will also be flaring mixologists to conjure up cocktails.

The packages include arrival cocktails, three hours of free-flowing wine, beer and soft drinks, as well as a DJ and mesmerising stilt walkers. Prices start at £99pp.
