Sustainable London caterer Eden by Adrian Collischon
has just unveiled The Wedding Collection – a set of beautifully designed menus aimed specifically at the bridal market.
Off-the-peg options range from canape´ parties (£28pp) and bowl food receptions (£32pp) to a Traditional (£76pp) or Contemporary Dinner Reception (£84pp).
At the latter, guests might tuck into seared scallops on pea pannacotta with prawn foam and caviar, ahead of maple and chilli-seared duck with roast sweet potato pure´e and kumquat jam, with a lime posset shot, tonic and lemon jelly and gin sorbet to finish.
