Eden by Adrian Collischon
One of Eden Caterers’ three branches, Eden by Adrian Collischon is perhaps its most impressive. With more than 20 years' experience, the company’s executive head chef creates seasonal menus for canapé receptions, private dinners, weddings and buffets. From its Waterloo-based kitchens, Eden by Adrian Collischon uses local suppliers and sustainable methods, as well as homemade jams, honey (from on-site beehives) and chutneys. Adrian can create bespoke menus for groups of between eight and 800. We like the sound of warm scallops with Eden honey-roasted parsnip purée.
