Wedding photos in Chelsea, expertly designed interiors, and a venue with a rich history – all of that, and more, is in store with weddings at The Sloane Club. Set just around the corner from the Saatchi Gallery, yards from Ranelagh Gardens, this wedding venue comes with spaces perfect for all kinds of weddings: big, small, intimate, casual, formal, and even micro-weddings too.
With interiors designed by the award-winning Russell Sage Studio, wedding spaces at The Sloane Club offer a range of versatile settings for receptions, from grand, gala-style banquets to intimate celebrations with your nearest and dearest. Larger summertime weddings are best placed in the LILA restaurant, which offers a verdant oasis complete with a retractable glass roof, dedicated kitchen, and bar. It even has its own private cloakroom and, thanks to its flexible layout and customisable décor, can be transformed to suit your vision entirely. Here, you can host 85 seated guests for your wedding breakfast, or 160 for standing receptions.
Alternatively, if your guest list is a little smaller, the Venus seats up to 65, with space for 80 guests at standing receptions. This room is something of a signature space and, with Venus as its inspiration, you can expect impressive artworks of the goddess, a striking chandelier, and a glass skylight that is perfect for photography with natural light. She is the goddess of love, prosperity, and beauty, after all.
More intimate, low-key receptions, meanwhile, will feel right at home in the Demob Bar, which can host 25 seated or 40 for standing cocktail and Champagne receptions, complete with a moodier atmosphere and 1940s detailing. Looking to host a smaller wedding at The Sloane Club? You will also have the pick of the club's private rooms, ranging from the ultra intimate Lady in Black, which seats just eight, to The Ranelagh, complete with forest green wallpaper and velvet seating, each offering its own distinct sense of character.
