Studio Z

With a fantastic location, Studio Z is nestled within the heart of the action in one of London's most exciting neighbourhoods. Easy transport links mean guests won't have far to walk from the tube station and there's plenty to see and do in the surrounding streets. 

The venue itself is a 2,000 square feet multi-purpose studio within a historic railway arch. A gorgeous backdrop for wedding photos, the space flaunts exposed brick, period detailing and original features. There is capacity for 160 people standing or 100 seated, and you're welcome to make the place completely your own, choosing a layout and decorations that work for you. Whether it be traditional round dining tables wedding-style, long communal benches or just cocktails and canapes. You could even bring in a stage and build your own dance floor for a music-filled night - Studio Z has been used for everything from photoshoots to gigs, so the sky really is the limit. 

When it comes to food, you're welcome to bring in outside caterers and the good news here is that Studio Z has its own five-star, fully equipped, professional kitchen - so there's everything you need to pull off an impressive banquet. If you'd like to opt for the in-house dining option, Studio Z has collaborated with chef Danny Jack on a residency, who cites Moro and Ottolenghi as his inspirations. 

While the team are open to discussions about the kind of food you'd like, the website offers an example feasting menu which includes dishes like buffalo burrata with peas, broad beans, lemon and mint to start, alongside mains such as eight-hour slow cooked lamb shoulder with gratin dauphinoise and rainbow chard, with chocolate and almond cake with candied orange and creme fraiche for dessert.
