Badgemore Park is a historic parkland estate, hotel, golf course and popular wedding venue in Henley-on-Thames. On site there are two venues to choose from: an 18th century coach house with adjoining courtyard with capacity for 130 guests, or the Fairway, a contemporary suite in the main house that you can make your own with stunning views of the grounds. However, if a tipi or marquee outside is your thing, that’s no problem either. Especially in the summer months, the rolling greenery surrounding the venue makes for an idyllic place to party under the stars.

Food is at the centre of any big celebration and the team invites all couples choosing Badgemore Park for a complimentary tasting where they can sample locally-sourced ingredients and seasonal recipes before their big day. In terms of format, there are plenty of ways you can choose to feast on your day - start with canapes and design your own three-course meal, picking between dishes such as a goat's cheese brick pastry parcel to start, maybe pan-roasted lamb rump and crushed baby potatoes for mains, and ending with an indulgent dessert like white chocolate cheesecake. On the other hand, if you imagined a more social meal time, what about a finger buffet where guests can help themselves? Or, a BBQ with a spread of fish, meats and sides, and classic hog roast are bound to get everyone excited.
