Pacere Brighton venue hire

Pascere, Brighton
We’ve been daydreaming about this restaurant’s crab tart with seafood custard since we sampled it in June. Unusual small plates are the name of the game in this small former townhouse in the Lanes, all served from the open kitchen that flanks the 32-seat private dining room upstairs. We’re big fans of its tasting menu too.

Toms Kitchen Birmingham venue hire

Tom’s Kitchen, Birmingham
Tom Aikens launched one of his restaurants in Birmingham’s Mailbox back in the spring, the first of the group’s sites to launch outside London. With space for 200 when hired exclusively, the venue can also host 12 guests for dinners and meetings in The Pastry Room, and 50 on the Veranda.

Cinnamon Bazaar venue hire

Cinnamon Kitchen, Oxford
Vivek Singh will launch his first out-of-London restaurant in Oxford this October. For events we hear that a chef’s table and semi-private six-seat Pagoda room will play host to cooking demonstrations and private parties. The large rooftop garden terrace with views of the Oxford spires sounds like a memorable spot for a drinks reception.
