Topo Kitchen can be found on Highfield Road in Blackpool, with a warm atmosphere that invites diners to visit and enjoy meals throughout the day, whether popping in for breakfast or dinner. Famous for its dynamic ambiance, the restaurant has a menu that features tapas-inspired creations alongside its more new, delicious burger offerings. A cosy spot for all occasions, Topo brings a relaxed atmosphere complete with exposed brick walls and intimate booths that make it an excellent spot for a quick after work drink or a catch up over good food.
Topo's breakfasts are pretty scrumptious, with classics like a full English, eggs benedict or royale, and the steak and eggs with chimichurri sauce and smashed avocado. If you're popping by on the weekend and want something hearty and filling, try the breakfast burrito with scrambled egg, hash browns, cheese, smashed avocado, sriracha mayo, and your choice of bacon, halloumi, mushroom or chorizo, with peppers and onions.
Lunch is served between 12pm and 3pm, and includes a great selection of wraps, sandwiches and salads. We'd go for the chicken and chorizo wrap with plenty of cheese, onions, peppers and garlic mayo, and enjoy the chips and salad on the side. For a salad that will fuel you throughout the rest of the day, choose the green bowl, filled with spinach, broccoli, avocado, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, lettuce and pine nuts with a delicious dressing.
Burgers are served from midday, and there are so many to choose from. The teriyaki steak smash sounds particularly great, with double cheese smash, teriyaki steak, fried egg, Chinese veg and sriracha mayo. Small plates are great for sharing, or, you can order two or three as a main meal. There are buttermilk fried chicken strips, halloumi fries, crispy shredded chilli beef and 1000 layer potatoes with romesco sauce, garlic mayo and parmesan.
