When I arrived my booking was not known,the guy said I probably booked the Basildon Toby but I know I didn't,I felt a bit embarrassed although he did say it wasn't a problem and showed us to a table .the lady who servrd us ,Jane ,was amazing and couldn't do enough for us.mix up
