The fusion menu at The Triangle Restaurant is superb, and star dishes include the pork fillet with apple and potato gratin and a light mustard sauce; the seared tuna steak with noodles, a baked egg and Oriental sauce; and the French almonds and frangipane tart for dessert. We also highly recommend the Triangle's famous strawberry daiquris.
