Located on Regent Square, Northampton, The Regent Restaurant at Gala Casino was established 37 years ago and has a reputation of serving fine food and wines. The traditional styled restaurant is located on a separate floor from the Casino and is the perfect place to celebrate or enjoy intimate A' la carte dining. The menu is a collection of modern classics, freshly prepared by Head Chef Stephen Willett’s and his brigade of fine chefs. We love the Scottish scallops served with a butternut squash purée and crispy bacon Lardons; the classic beef Wellington wrapped in pastry with mushroom duxelle in a Madeira sauce; and the banoffee pie made with caramelised bananas and a biscuit crumb base.
