The team works with suppliers from the South West that share their values, ensuring every dish is packed with fresh, seasonal local produce and cooked from scratch with flavours from multicultural cuisines.
The menu is a celebration of all-day brunch done properly - think smashed avocado, towering pancake stacks and hearty breakfast bowls that genuinely set you up for the day. The café takes its coffee seriously too, proudly serving speciality blends from Origin Coffee Roasters, creating the perfect partnership between exceptional food and expertly crafted coffee.
What makes The Early Bird truly special is their on-site artisan bakery, located beneath the café. Here, passionate bakers create 'real bread' using traditional methods and simple, honest ingredients - no processing aids or artificial additives in sight. Their sourdough and loaves contain just organic Shipton Mill flour, water, salt and organic yeast.
