Discover a list of signature creations including the Vetivesper, made from vodka, gin, Muyu Vetiver Gris, orange bitters and mandarine essence, as well as one called Red Velvet comprised of vodka, raspberry and liquorice, citrus, egg white and blossom. Elsewhere, guests can also choose from a selection of fine wines, sparkling and Champagne.
A concise food menu features a range of small plates, salads and sandwiches. An international range of small plates include teriyaki chicken skewers with ginger, soy and sesame, crispy tempura prawns with spicy cocktail sauce, and corn tostadas with whipped hummus, black olives and crumbled feta. Sandwiches include a classic club sandwich, or a steak ciabatta with caramelised onions, rocket and blue cheese, while salads include a classic Caesar or a tomato and halloumi option.
