We took over The Candlestick at the end of July 2016 from Vicky and Tom who have done
a great job driving the Free House and Restaurant forward and we hope to continue their good work.
Bruno is no longer with us and his place has been taken by Mark, who has know the Candlestick for many tears as he was the "stand-in" Chef when Paul (from Tom and Vicky's days) was away on vacation.
Mark is bringing his own traditional style to the restaurant and his dishes are expertly cooked and niceley presented.
