Both its chefs are winners of the Young Highland Chef of the Year award, and the food served is innovative and delicious. showing off all the chefs’ culinary flair! All dishes are prepared with fresh, local ingredients, as we take advantage of the wonderful Highland produce on our doorstep. Whichever menu you choose, you will experience the bright décor of the restaurant. Designed with a forest theme, you will see silver birches adorning the walls, and bold pinks and greens in the furnishings. Nestled amongst the lodges on 5* Achnagairn Estate, the restaurant serves both the guests of Achnagairn Estate, and everyone else. The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday and booking is recommended.
