We cook over an open fire and have a “nose to tail” philosophy, meaning we can pick and choose what goes on the menu each day, ensuring the whole animal is used and everything is as fresh and seasonal as it can be. Fish direct from the boat. Meat from the farm, butchered, cured and smoked by us.
