The laid-back Shorecrest Restaurant delivers dining for guests and locals all year round with dishes such as baked hake served with polenta, king prawns, capers and a hazelnut crust, and Cornish Half lobster with a mixed leaf salad fries and a tartare sauce. Its bar serves cocktails and coffee throughout the day and the evening and serves Lounge Classics and Appetisers such as the St Moritz Burger and oysters from 2pm.
