Sip & Slice is located on the edge of Bracebridge Pool in Sutton Park, and is the perfect place to grab some delicious coffee and a baked treat if you're in need of a refuel. The baristas are on hand to whip you up a selection of single origin coffee, or prepare an alcoholic beverage for you, if you’re in the mood. The artisan team craft each pastry on offer at Sip & Slice with passion, using seasonal and flavourful ingredients to create something spectacular. At Sip & Slice, you'll also find The Bracebridge's food barns, which includes Cofton Pizza and two new kitchens for this year.
You can enjoy food frm these barns in the terrace area, or take them away to enjoy. Sip & Slice offers delicious winter all day warmers, including creamy porridge oats with fruit compote, or a soup of the day with toasted sourdough. Wood-fired bowls have a smoky finish, and are hearty, filling dishes – there’s a sausage mac and cheese, and cottage pie with rich beef, cheese, crispy onion and mash potato. Breakfast flatbreads are available until 12pm each day, and there are options of Lashford sausage or Danish bacon, and mushroom and tomato. The folded subs are perfect for a lunchtime treat, with options of vegan sausage with ketchup, mustard, pickles and crispy onion, an Indian spiced tikka, and spicy pepperoni with nduja, red onions and jalapenos.
The wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas are where Sip & Slice really shines, with so many fantastic options to choose from, whether you're looking for a veggie delight, something covered with meat, or a fish option. Try the garlic margherita with added herb butter amongst the fior di latte mozzarella for a bit of a kick, the meat feast with streaky bacon, pepperoni and ham, or veg topped with spinach, mushroom, red onion, feta cheese, mozzarella, fresh rocket and balsamic glaze.
