Following the runaway success of its Notting Hill original, Ria’s brings its signature Detroit-style pizza and natural wine to Soho with a confident younger sibling. Located just off Carnaby Street, Ria’s Soho is open for lunch and dinner, offering everything from a quick slice and a glass to a full-blown date night deep dive.
At the heart of the menu is Ria’s signature deep-pan, square-cut Detroit-style pizza, made with a 72-hour fermented dough using Shipton Mill and Bruen Farm flour. Expect thick, fluffy crusts with a crisp-chewy texture, topped with bold flavours and comforting combinations. Favourites from Notting Hill return, joined by a Soho-exclusive slice that adds a local twist to the cult classics.
The drinks list is a curated celebration of natural wine, featuring chillable reds, juicy oranges and pink pét-nats from small, independent producers. Bottled beers and a punchy cocktail selection round out the offering, perfect for pairing with a slice or settling in for the evening.
Designed in collaboration with creative studio Nothing is Not Nothing, the interiors span two floors and blend bold colour hits with a lived-in, homely aesthetic. Downstairs, the wine cave offers an intimate, tucked-away space among dough mixers and flour sacks, complete with aged oak, a marble sharing table and racks of wine - a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the heart of Ria’s.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo David and Ria Morgan-Ratcliffe, Ria’s Soho marks the next chapter in their hospitality journey. With its laid-back energy, elevated design and flavour-packed menu, Ria’s Soho is a new favourite for pizza lovers and natural wine enthusiasts alike.
