At least some of the recipes, many of the ones I tried in any case, stood out to me amongst other vegan recipes of today.
Contrary to those other ones, they are not just trying to emulate, recreate (or like in some bad cases substitute) the taste of meat, they are trying to create a flavour combination of their own that work well together.
Reservations are not required at Oowee Vegan Bristol.
