Choose from the set meze menus for a traditional Greek dining experience, which are served over three different courses. The meat meze includes a starter of taramasalata with tzatziki, hummus and Greek salad, with a middle dish of arni keftedes, kotopitakia and dolmades, and last but not least, a beef stifado main with chicken kebabs and Mykonos rice. If you’re not a meat eater, or fancy a bit of a change, you can also choose from vegan, seafood and vegetarian set meze.
If you’d rather choose your own dishes, begin with a starter of chargrilled aubergine flesh blended with extra virgin olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, tahini and garlic, or a horiatiki salad with feta cheese and olives.The hot starters include big favourites like saganaki – a dish of pan-fried floured halloumi cheese drizzled with olive oil, lemon juice and a sprinkling of oregano – which is totally irresistible. For your main enjoy salmon in white wine and cream, prime diced beef cooked in red wine with onions, cinnamon and cloves, served with Mykonos rice, and the ever popular vegetarian moussaka. Ordering dessert? Try the classic Greek dessert made with a mixture of almonds, pistachios, walnuts and layers of filo pastry, deliciously crispy baklava, or the Greek trifle. This combination of British and Greek favourites is made with layers of sponge, apricot jam, dried apricots, egg custard with rosewater and topped with cinnamon, crushed almonds and pistachios.
