I agree with the previous reviewer. I too had the same experience. Duplicate numbers, bla, bla, bla. I'm not
interested. Surely after a month you should have ironed out these issues. Why is the food cold? I work in Fetter lane a very short distance away, and yet each time (I have been twice) the food has been cold to the point of being inedible. Suffice to say I wont be going back I will take the longer walk down to Coco if I want Pasta.
Soory to say but after the hype I expected a lot more. One other thing that I would like to add is the management need to sort this out quickly and not patronise people when complaints are being made. The guy in the suit, who is he and what exactly does he do? He said he was ‘ operations ’. If you are operations, my friend in the suit with the droopy shoulder then operate! Or at least pretend you know what you are doing.

New fast food option almost opposite office. Celebrity chef. pasta, freshly made. all sounds good and the choices on the menu are extremely tempting but food delivered is disappointing. Have tried three times and in all instances food has lacked flavour, been cold (despite only a couple minutes walk from the shop to my desk to start eating it) and the pasta has been undercooked (al dente is fine but this was borderline raw). Today's visit will be the last as despite my order number being called out and confirmed the food delivered was not what I ordered. Quick lunch therefore disappeared as had to return to the restaurant to get it changed. Staff extremely apologetic, admitted their system has flaws and can duplicate order numbers and gave me a full refund, but it is one disappointment too far.
