MRBL Soho is a modern British steakhouse where the focus is on dry-aged British beef cooked over charcoal for depth of flavour. The menu centres on carefully sourced meat and game alongside seasonal produce, with dishes designed to highlight bold, straightforward cooking.
Inside, the restaurant has the feel of a contemporary Soho steakhouse. Dark wood finishes, leather banquette seating and low lighting create an intimate dining room, while a marble-topped bar and open charcoal grill add a sense of theatre. The overall look blends classic steakhouse style with a polished modern edge.
The menu begins with starters such as chicken liver mousse, steak tartare, smoked aubergine and chargrilled prawns. Steaks form the heart of the offering, with cuts including sirloin, ribeye, fillet and skirt, alongside larger sharing steaks such as chateaubriand, porterhouse and bone-in ribeye. Guests can customise their steak with sauces such as peppercorn, shallot and marrow or garlic and chilli, or choose from butters including fermented chilli and horseradish.
Alongside the steaks, the menu also includes a small selection of seafood and vegetarian options. Dishes such as smoked monkfish tail, chargrilled half roast chicken and cauliflower steak provide alternatives. Sides including fries, beef fat triple-cooked chips, hispi cabbage and tenderstem broccoli round out the offering.
Desserts continue the classic approach with options such as burnt lemon tart, coffee and honeycomb mousse and apple pie served with custard, alongside cheese plates. Dessert wines and post-dinner cocktails are also available. The drinks list features classic cocktails and house creations including the Market Manhattan, City Slicker and Midnight Negroni. A considered wine list from Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rioja and beyond spans white, red, rose and sparkling wines alongside dessert wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks.
