Metropolis offers a life-changing opportunity for young individuals who are not currently engaged in education, employment, or training. The program empowers them to acquire qualifications, gain valuable experience, and embark on a journey of personal transformation. 50% of all the profits are pumped back into charity community projects.
Small plates kick off with scrumptious belly pork bites drenched in bbq sauce served in a lettuce cup with spring and crispy onions before moving onto king prawns basted in lemongrass and coriander and served with chorizo and a confit garlic oil. There's a huge selection of dirty fries on the menu, from pepperoni, jalapenos and Bocconcini, to sweet potato falafel, red onion and mint yoghurt, and mac and cheese with chilli sauce.
You won't want to miss the pan fried noodles - cooked to perfection and tossed in a soy and ginger dressing and served with seaweed, soya bean, tender stem broccoli, crispy onions, spring onion, sriracha and wasabi mayo.
