We have not booked a table yesterday and we ask if you have any table available and we have been offered, all other tables where empty. we came to have nice lunch and celebrate my sons birthday. Just about to finished eating one of the lady approached to a our table and ask us if we have booked the table and we said no, she was extremely rude and unprofessional and she destered us in very bad way. We have spend over £200 and she was very ungrateful and upset all of us. She should not working and make customers unhappy when the customers spend a lots of money. I am very disappointed and the behaviour of that lady was a disgrace
