Jamie's Italian - Birmingham

I was disappointed with Jamie's Italian in Birmingham, the device was poor which was surprising as they had plenty of staff on that night. We had at least three different members of staff looking after our table but yet could not seem to get our order right, we ordered a side order of Garlic bread to come out with our main meals, we asked twice for the side but it didn't get to us until we had all finished our meals. At the end we asked for the bill which took a 20 mins to come to our table resulting in us missing our train back to loughborough. So not a good end to our fabulous day.
