Levant-inspired British brasserie, Honeyshade, offers all-day dining with impressive views of Hyde Park and the west London skyline.
Located above Central Park Hotel, Honeyshade is Bayswater’s latest rooftop venue, offering a spot for everything from breakfast to evening drinks. The outdoor terrace sits on the edge of Hyde Park, meaning diners are welcome to enjoy beautiful views throughout the day.
Honeyshade is a restaurant of two halves, offering two distinct moods depending on the time of your visit. Throughout the day, guests can expect honey-lit interiors, whilst the restaurant transforms at night, offering a space that’s flooded with candlelight.
The Levant-inspired menu serves creative takes on the British brasserie. Guests can expect dishes featuring Levantine spices and textures, whilst still leaning into a distinctly British identity. Mornings offer fresh pastries and breakfast classics, with freshly brewed coffee that perfectly kickstart your day. Relaxed lunches centre around salads, handmade pasta and dishes straight from the charcoal grill.
At dinner, guests can start with small plates such as beef carpaccio with pecorino and truffle mayo, mushroom hummus with pine nuts and pita, and whipped cod’s roe with trout caviar. Larger plates are also available, including options such as lamb rump with burnt aubergine and lemon yoghurt, prawn ravioli with seaweed butter and pine nuts, and spatchcock baby chicken with tarragon and harissa.
Honeyshade will also offer an extensive selection of cocktails and wines, creating a relaxed backdrop whether you’re popping in for an afterwork dinner and drinks, or heading to the rooftop for a tipple and some small plates.
