Burgers kick off with the ménage à trois - grass-fed Hereford beef, red onion, pink pickled onion, crispy shallots, iceberg lettuce, mayo and smoked cheese, and include jocky's fried chicken - a spicy kimchi marinated chicken thigh, hash brown, iceberg lettuce, cheese & spicy j.f.c sauce, and the Hell’s Kitchen burger - which you won’t want to miss if you’re a fan of Ramsay’s work. That showstopper includes grass fed Hereford beef, jalapeño and padron salsa, smoked siracha sauce and cheese. Yum.
You can customise your burger with some additional toppings and changes. Double up, trade your patty to Wagyu beef, add bacon, a cheese skirt, or dirty fries.
