Food and artistry were intertwined from the very beginning. In 2002, the space evolved into Galleria, with Bahar’s authentic Persian cooking becoming the heart of the restaurant. Dishes like slow cooked Fesenjan and fragrant Albalo Polo quickly earned a loyal following, while the art remained firmly on the walls.
Over the years, Galleria expanded into catering, bringing its refined take on Persian food to private celebrations and large scale events. Even during the pandemic, when the restaurant doors closed, the family continued cooking, providing meals for hospitals and those in need. In 2025, after 30 years, Galleria returned to Bayswater, opening a new chapter while honouring everything that came before.
