Detroit Pizza first emerged in 2020, when the founders had a yearning for home amid the pandemic, and the taste of true, delicious Detroit pizza. The team spent the pandemic really honing their craft, learning more about their dough and ingredients, and mastering their in house marinara sauce so that today, you can enjoy the best Detroit style pizza that you’ll have this side of the pond.
Pick at buffalo chicken wings or a trio selection of olives before diving head first into the pizzas. By the slice, you can order the classic red stripe with marinara red top and parmesan, or pepperoni with honey. The famous whole pies include the classics mentioned, along with the flavoursome cadillac with pepperoni, smoked bacon, banana peppers, honey, parsley and parmesan, and bacon double cheeseburger with mince beef, sesame and American cheese. The new forest is a veggie delight, with a cacio e pepe white sauce topped with mushrooms, potato, rosemary and parmesan, but if you want something a bit lighter (although we can't see that being the case once you see the pizzas), enjoy a Greek or caprese salad. For pud, try the baked cheesecake with whip cream and a chocolate drizzle.
