Da Noi is an Italian restaurant located in Altrincham, Manchester. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Friday for evening meals, with longer opening hours at the weekends. Da Noi is traditional in appearance, a split level restaurant with tables covered with white tablecloths and fine, simple crockery.
There is a main menu, as well as a set menu. The main a la carte menu features plenty of crowd pleasing starters and nibbles such as marinated mixed olives, topped bruschettas, and garlic breads. Other starters include scallops cooked in a chilli, garlic and white wine butter, and beef carpaccio served with rocket and parmesan.
You will find lots of tempting sounding pizza, risotto and pasta dishes on the menu, as well as other traditional Italian fare. Perhaps you’ll go for the pan fried chicken with a creamy mushroom and lobster sauce, or the slow cooked lamb shank served with mashed potato and a red wine jus.
Da Noi has a good wine list on offer with a number of good Italian reds and whites, as well as prosecco and champagne. There is also a cocktail menu which features lots of favourites including an espresso Martini and a Martini spritz.
If you’re dining with family or younger guests you may find the early bird menu works well. This is a set menu available weekdays (excluding Friday), from 5pm to 7pm. Choose two courses for £12.95. Please note this offer is not available during December.
There is also a children’s menu which covers dishes such as margherita pizza, pasta and goujons with fries, plus a pudding.
If you’re planning a special celebration Da Noi caters for groups and gatherings, they have a set menu available which includes three courses with dishes such as homemade chicken liver pate, grilled sirloin steak and homemade tiramisu.
