John originally from St Vincent opened the restaurant in 2007 with the vision of offering customers a warm and friendly dining experience whilst serving traditional Caribbean dishes alongside British classics (with a twist).
The varied menus alongside the lunch specials ensure there is something for all tastes. Where possible using traditional ingredients the distinctive flavours of the Caribbean are created using locally sourced produce.
