Cote Brasserie, within the Bluewater shopping centre acts as the perfect spot to stop off for a luxuriant lunch or dinner whilst out having a little retail therapy. Cote Brasserie Bluewater seeks to bring the spirit and energy of the Parisian cafe to the everyday, with the dining room being dressed in high hanging lights and bottles of wine being sprinkled around the restaurant's shelves.Along with outside seating, perfect for summer days to get a cool breeze away from the bustle of Bluewater. Cote Brasserie brings the passion of food from France through a varied menu of signature dishes and inventive remasterings.

The menu of Cote Brasserie Bluewater is designed to evoke a sense of the French with classics like French Nicoise, named after the French city of Nice, and beef bourguignon, which originates in the Burgundy region and is slow cooked for six hours. Cote Brasserie seeks to bring meals from the French mainland, in a convenient and accessible fashion to the British diner.

Cote Brasserie also has a share of contemporary signature dishes such as steak frites and breton fish stew, that evoke a warm sense of familiarity, bringing flavours that are well known to foodies. Yet, Cote Brasserie Bluewater also experiments particularly with new exciting dishes, the celeriac steak reinvents the signature steak frites for the vegetable-based foodie. Cote is not interested in just keeping with known French cuisine but also making it appeal to the contemporary diner.

Cote Brasserie Bluewater also has a variety of desserts ranging from the luxuriant apple tart, finely made with pastry to the less exuberant, ‘Mess Aux Fruit Rouges’, Cote Brasserie caters to all in both heavy and light puddings for those with a sweet tooth.

Cote Brasserie Bluewater brings the enthusiasm and charm of the French, ideal for shoppers of any sort, those who crave both a traditional French meal or a more contemporary, inventive main.
