Fun dishes come topped with crunchy fried peanuts, pickled cow-peas, coriander, spring onion and lettuce, with protein choices of five spiced beef tripe, aromatic Chinese roast duck with your choice of noodle, and pan fried teriyaki chicken. There's also stir fried mince pork, aromatic pork ribs, Taiwanese braised pork belly with shitake mushrooms and a veggie special of braised kelp, tofu sheet, edamame, lotus root and shitake mushroom. If one helping is not enough, you can bundle up with an additional protein choice. You then choose whether you want your dish in soup or dry, and pick between Chew Fun classic secret sauce or a vinegar soy sauce. And there you have it, your own bowl of goodness! Extras include homemade spicy sauces like sour chilli and stir fried garlic, and a variety of toppings – fried beancurd, marinated quail egg and fried shallots.
