Sky-high dining reaches new heights as CÉ LA VI arrives in Europe for the first time, taking up a glamorous rooftop space at Paddington Square. Spanning the 17th and 18th floors of Renzo Piano’s striking new landmark, this modern Asian rooftop restaurant brings the glamour and energy of its global siblings - from Singapore to Tokyo - to the heart of West London.
West London’s highest rooftop restaurant, CÉ LA VI promises panoramic views of the capital, paired with bold, contemporary Asian cuisine and a vibrant, multi-sensory experience. Executive Chef Monchai Ling (ex-Hakkasan, Raffles Singapore) leads the kitchen with a menu designed for sharing, spotlighting seasonal ingredients and inventive takes on regional classics. Signature dishes include miso seabass with green szechuan sauce, lobster noodles with aromatic lobster oil, and a refined dim sum selection.
The venue is split across two distinct levels. On the 17th floor, the restaurant and bar offer an all-day experience, transitioning from elegant lunches and after-work drinks to sultry dinners and late-night cocktails. An open central bar anchors the space, where cocktails are crafted with Asian flair - think reimagined classics infused with regional botanicals and seasonal twists.
Upstairs, the 18th-floor Lounge Bar offers a more intimate, after-dark vibe, complete with live DJs, curated performances, and a seamless blend of dining, drinking, and entertainment. The drinks programme is equally ambitious, with Savvas Symeonidis (certified Sake Samurai) curating a standout wine and sake list, while Andrea Kollcaku leads a cocktail menu rooted in craftsmanship and creativity.
