Chaurasia’s aim is to bring together flavours from all over the Indian continent, with Bombay Delight sourcing all its spices directly from India and creating its own house-blends for its unique dishes. Sharing appetisers includes the likes of king prawns with ginger garlic and lemon (Tiltala Jhinga) and sticky tamarind wings with avocado chaat - a contemporary spin on the classic street food snack. Tandoor highlights include Murgh Hariyali Tikka, which is grilled chicken breast marinated with fresh green spices and hung yoghurt, as well as vegan options, too.
For lovers of familiarity, long-standing favourites include Bombay Butter Chicken and other traditional meat curries. There are also South Indian-inspired seafood curries such as Jhinga Dil Bahar, a king prawn curry with tomato and coconut milk. You can also grab plenty of vegetarian sides to pair alongside your meal, including rice, biryani, paratha, naan and roti.
Bombay Delight has partnered with Coalition Brewing to bring an exclusive brew, Bombay Delight Lager, to its diners. There are also wines, beers and cocktails on offer.
The spacious dining room can seat up to 120 covers while a large private dining room towards the back of the restaurant is perfect for bigger groups and celebrations. An inviting lounge area greets visitors upon entering and the fully equipped bar is the perfect spot to grab a drink and relax before or after dining. Reflecting the authenticity of the food, the furniture and decor are custom-made and imported from India creating an all-round immersive dining experience.
