Updated on 27 July 2022

The Restaurants from Spain certification was launched in 2020 by Spanish government promotional body ICEX Trade and Investment to support and recognise restaurants that offer an authentic taste of Spain across every element of the business, from the quality of its ingredients to the knowledge and skills of the chefs, as well as the atmosphere and service provided to customers when they dine. It also sets a clear benchmark for restaurateurs looking to promote Spanish cuisine, both present and future, with the certification present in countries all over the globe. Restaurants with the accreditation can easily be recognised by the Restaurants from Spain circular seal of approval.

At present, there is an ever-growing list of restaurant groups and independents who are certified across many of the UK’s major cities. Discover more about each place below, including their signature dish, then go ahead and book one today.
