The simple, comfortable dining room of Singapore Orchid is welcoming and warm, inviting guests to make themselves at home for the duration of their meal and beyond, as they perhaps linger over a glass of wine before heading for home, and the service is equally inviting, the staff polite and efficient as well as extremely friendly. The menu meanwhile, personally selected by Ananda herself, who also does much of the cooking, combines the home and street food of Singapore with the renowned and beloved favourites of China, ensuring all tastes are more than adequately catered for.
