SquareMeal Review of Graffiti

The clue’s in the name, so grab some chalk, impart wisdom or vent your spleen on the blackboard at this colourful wee neighbourhood bar aimed at cocktail-loving kidults. Caipirissima (basically, a Caipirinha with lots of rum) and Currant Affair (a fruity vodka iced tea) are heavily discounted during the 5-8pm happy hour or on a ‘2-4-1’ basis as daily specials. Fancy Sex on the Beach followed by a Screaming Orgasm?  This place has no truck with showboating mixology, and the boys behind the bar won’t sneer at tastes that are more Magaluf than Mayfair – although sophisticated palates may prefer a Sazerac to One Hour Free in the Candy Store (Amaretto, Chambord, Cassis, cherries, ice cream and cookies). Wimbledon Common is close by, so why not hook up with Uncle Bulgaria (a vodka, Cassis and Prosecco sour) before wombling home.
