SquareMeal Review of Atrium Kitchen

With the intention of being all things to all people, this large Camden hang-out certainly has all the bases covered: superfast broadband, Climpson & Co coffee, local craft beers and an all-day menu. Turn up at breakfast for eggs or Maldon-cured smoked salmon, followed by a range of salads and sharing boards at lunch and a perfectly formed, international menu for dinner. Burrata with Heritage tomatoes and avocado with balsamic pearls are followed by cod loin, with black sesame, rice noodles and hot-and-sour liquor. As for that atrium, you can expect views of Camden and a chilled, airy atmosphere in the canvas-roofed dining area. With the buzz of The Stables Market below, daily changing menu specials and several event spaces too, Atrium Kitchen could become a lively new hub for the area.

Camden is not known for excellent restaurants so the recent launch of Atrium Kitchen is very welcome. I dined here on a Friday in June and was thrilled to receive such warm, friendly and professional service. Whilst a Michelin star may not be imminent, the food was excellent especially the innovative and delicious salads. The atmosphere is young, lively and informal. Do visit!
