The Event Space can host up to 40 guests for a seated private dinner, with flexible layouts allowing the room to be reconfigured to suit the occasion. For a private drinks reception instead, capacity rises to 60 guests. Exclusive hire includes the main events space and its balcony, so guests can enjoy the views outside as well as in.
For larger private dining groups, Backstage Cafe & Bar offers dining for up to 80 guests across two levels, arranged around a triple-height cafe and bar with a mezzanine Script Library floor overlooking Waterloo Millennium Green. It can be hired as a stand-alone space for private dining or as part of a hire of the whole Backstage Cafe & Bar.
Private hire includes a dedicated event duty manager, security staff, an 86-inch touchscreen TV, wireless microphones, a built-in PA system, integrated lighting, dedicated Wi-Fi and a mobile bar, alongside event furniture including chairs, trestle tables and poseur tables.
