To get a taste of the menus for your private dining experience at The Lion & Pheasant, picture starters of mushroom parfait, miso roasted cauliflower and cod and halibut fish cakes with poached eggs and hollandaise. Main dishes include a marinated and confit aubergine steak with fine bean and coconut salad, pomegranate and tempura tenderstem broccoli; pan-fried cod with chive and onion potato pressing, tempura scampi, and mussel cream; and a lamb pithivier with pea mousse, smoked aubergine, and a mushroom and celery emulsion. For pud, there's sticky toffee fondant with date puree, honeycomb and clotted cream ice cream; a spiced apple crumble, chocolate brownie with brulee banana; and a Westbury Roberts cheese board.
