The restaurant’s main dining area can be hired for semi-private occasions, accommodating up to 30 guests seated or 60 standing. Inside, the decor features dark wooden furniture, a tiki-style bar with a grass-roof canopy and a large beachscape mural, giving the space an elegant yet tropical feel.
Menus celebrate the diversity of Caribbean cuisine and can be tailored for any event. Starters include jerk chicken spring rolls, salt fish croquettes with smoked paprika aioli, grilled octopus salad with pineapple chow, or smoked baigan and tomato choka served with toasted bara. Mains feature tamarind glazed lamb chops with papaya chutney, jerk corn-fed chicken with homemade sauce, rice and peas, 15-spice boneless goat curry and grilled kingfish steak.
Sweets include vegan banana bread with caramelised banana glaze and classic rum cake with rum and raisin ice cream, while sides such as mac and cheese, rice and peas and roti round out the offering.
