Located just off Deansgate, Gaucho Manchester offers a sophisticated setting for your next private dinner, whether you’re planning a corporate lunch, client dinner, or an intimate celebration.
There are several versatile spaces to choose from when it comes to hosting your private dinner at Gaucho Manchester, with options to combine multiple spaces to accommodate bigger groups. The Wine Room is a particular favourite amongst groups. Here, you can seat up to 11 guests, making it perfect for intimate dinners, with guests seated around a circular table surrounded by the site’s extensive wine collection.
For slightly larger gatherings, the Private Dining Room accommodates 20 seated or 28 guests standing. This space comes kitted out in the group’s signature style of plush velvet seating, and black-and-white cowhide detailing and mirrored walls. Elsewhere, the Mezzanine is a perfect location for those looking for a touch of privacy, whilst still being a part of the action. This semi-private space overlooks the main restaurant, and can seat up to 32, with capacity for 40 guests for a standing reception. The Stage offers a touch of flexibility, and can be combined with either the Private Dining Room or Semi Private Dining Room for up to 60 guests.
When it comes to menus, choose from classic, sharing, signature, feast or canape menus, all washed down, of course, with Argentine Malbecs and sparkling wines. The sharing menu includes dishes such as pumpkin, ricotta, and sage ravioli, a mix of signature empanadas served with salsa, and salmon tartare tacos with mango salsa and avocado, followed by ribeye, sirloin and rump cuts, all spread across the table where guests can graze.
For a more traditional three-course feast, the signature menu may be better suited, with options including gaucho-cured smoked salmon with creme fraiche and pickled red onions, followed by the gaucho burger, pan-fried sea bream with salsa verde or sirloin and fillet cuts. Desserts offer an indulgent end to the meal, with dulce de leche pancakes, hot cookie dough or chocolate brownie with white chocolate ice cream.
