Looking for private dining in Mayfair? 74 Duke offers a Parisian-inspired brasserie setting with a range of options for both semi-private dining and exclusive hire, suited to everything from client dinners to family celebrations.
A semi-private dining area sits within the main restaurant, accommodating up to 14 guests seated or 20 standing. This space offers a more enclosed feel while still being part of the wider restaurant, with comfortable booth seating and access to a dedicated bar. It works well for smaller gatherings, including corporate dinners, informal networking events or celebrations with friends and family.
For larger occasions, the entire restaurant can be hired exclusively, with capacity for up to 111 guests seated or 150 standing across two floors. Upstairs, the dining room is light and open, with a neutral palette, wooden panelling, dark wood tables and soft lighting creating a setting reminiscent of a classic Parisian brasserie. Downstairs, a more atmospheric space offers a contrasting feel, with darker tones and a softly lit bar, making it well suited to drinks receptions or more intimate group events.
Private dining is supported by two set menu options, offering flexibility depending on budget, with dishes served for the table to share to encourage a more sociable dining experience. Starters may include bluefin tuna with avocado and citrus dressing, mixed greens with goat’s cheese and vinaigrette, truffled leeks with pistachio dukkah, or panko-crusted squid with chilli and aioli. Mains feature options such as chargrilled chicken with tarragon and Dijon sauce, dry-aged beef fillet with peppercorn sauce, pan-seared sea bass with tomato, olive oil and herbs, or grilled king shrimp with cognac butter, served alongside classic accompaniments including frites and green salad. Desserts include cheesecake, chocolate cake or cookies and glace banane caramelisee.
The drinks menu features a curated wine list focused on French producers, alongside expertly mixed cocktails including their signature martinis.
