In joining the Eventist group, Food by Dish made 2017 a year of expansion. Leveraging Eventist’s full resources, its aim is to widen its reach and further its reputation as one of London’s best caterers. Led by founder Nick James, its full-time staff of 60 still operate out of Greenwich, delivering a full range of services to venues such as Madame Tussauds and London Dungeon. From bowl food in Indonesian boxes to market stalls for immersive events, innovative presentation marks out its core catering service. Production, styling, flowers, venue finding and temporary structures are among the other areas of expertise of its experienced event managers.
