The team knows the importance of memorable cuisine: be it creative canapés, innovative menus or bespoke dining experiences that pair well with a chosen theme. Past creations include gin and tonic glaciers and pretty pink food. Ampersand has also partnered with hot-ticket chef Ollie Dabbous to create a range of signature Dabbous menus. Ampersand works with a suite of iconic London venues, such as Kew Gardens and Cutty Sark, so the setting is just as impressive as what appears on the table.
