The View from The Shard

If you're looking for a venue that's out of this world, The View From The Shard might not quite be in space, but it certainly feels removed from the daily London grind at 72 floors above the city. A specialist, purpose-built events venue in the Shard, it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows delivering panoramic views which stretch onwards for 40 miles over the cosmopolitan skyline. 

Sitting at the top of London’s tallest building, the space spans levels 68 to 72 of The Shard, combining triple-height indoor galleries with an open-air skydeck that places guests almost 800 feet above the capital. It’s dramatic but what's great is, you don't have to do much. With Tower Bridge, St Paul’s and the Thames sparkling beneath you, who needs masses of decorations, frill and pomp? 

The venue can host up to 375 guests, with flexible layouts for standing receptions, conferences, networking evenings, product launches and seated dinners. The viewing galleries work especially well for events with movement - guests aren’t confined to one ballroom or static setup, but can circulate between spaces while still feeling connected to the event itself.

Corporate events work especially well here. The venue offers integrated AV facilities, branding opportunities and experienced event management support, which makes it practical as well as a real head turner. There’s also something undeniably useful about a venue that doesn’t require much explanation on an invitation. 'The top of The Shard' should just about do the trick.
