The private dining room is a hugely popular option. With white walls, wooden panelling, authentic floors and stunning original beams stretching overhead, it's a lovely backdrop for any kind of event, from meetings to meals. Plus, because of the neutral colour palette, guests can really make the space their own. Here, you can host 20 people seated for a meeting, lunch or dinner, or 10 to 40 people for a standing affair. If you're dreaming of something bigger, the barn and garden area can host up to 100 people and has been known to host weddings, milestone birthdays and even end of life celebrations.
As for catering, all food and drink is provided in house and can be arranged on a bespoke basis. From feasting menus to buffet options and various drinks packages, the team are happy to accommodate your group however you need. While decorations are allowed, the team requests no glitter or confetti, and partying needs to be wrapped up by 11pm.
The Fox couldn't be in a better spot; located in the heart of the village, perched over the village green. It's much loved by the locals and a regular haunt for drinks and gastro food which runs all day and focuses on seasonal, British produce. Inside, the vibe is contemporary, artful and considered, with a mix of soft, neutral tones, modern art pieces and patterned wallpaper.
Upstairs, there's a selection of boutique, individually-designed bedrooms featuring statement wallpapers and roll top baths. So, if your guests wanted to book to stay overnight after the event, they won't have far to go.
